Grohney is a registered and Practicing Accountant with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya P/2359. He holds Masters of Science in Finance and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance), both from Kenyatta University, a Certified Public Accountant. CPA Grohney has Over 15 years of Experience in External Audit, Tax and Consulting in different business areas. He is the Founder and chairman of InvestoBrain Sacco Society Ltd, Founder & Managing Partner at Grohney & Co. Associates, Lecturer & Coordinator of TVET Programmes at School of Professional Programs, KCA University. He is a member of Financial Management and Management Accountants Panel at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya. On the social and religious front, CPA Grohney is one of the 14 Elders of Seventh Day Adventist Church Green Valley Kasarani and is happily married to Mildred with two Sons Grohney Jnr, Joe and one daughter Jasmine.

Dr. Argan Wekesa holds PhD in Applied Statistics (Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Master of Science in Finance (Kenyatta University), Postgraduate Diploma in Actuarial Science (University of Nairobi) and He is also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya, a Certified Investment and Financial Analyst and a Certified Credit Professional. Dr. Wekesa brings to the firm wealth of experience having worked as an Accountant, Financial Analyst and Data Analyst for over 18 years. His main strength is the ability to solve complex problems that require superior analytical capability. He has served as a trainer in financial modelling, financial risk management and derivatives trading. Currently, he serves as Senior Lecturer in Quantitative Finance at the Co-operative University of Kenya and Resource Person for Investor Education at the Capital Markets Authority of Kenya. Dr. Wekesa has published numerous scholarly works in the area of Finance and Statistics. He serves as an peer reviewer with the journal of Applied Statistics, UK and Far East Journal of Theoretical Mathematics, India. As a form of service to the global community, Dr. Wekesa is a volunteer Faculty adviser with the CFA Institute Research Challenge.

CPA Faustin is a career trainer and Educational programs administrator with 14 years’ experience in content design, administration and delivery in the field of Finance. His vast experience in training in accounting spans across lecturing core accounting units at KCA University to training in finance for non-finance personnel in the public service. He is an excellent communicator with a genuine interest in developing talents, nurturing growth, and motivating teams to reach their ultimate potential.
He is well versed in capacity building and conference facilitation. Having acquired certifications in Monitoring and Evaluation, International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) and International Public Financial management (IPFM), he is a sought after trainer in these disciplines.
He has served the Kenya school of Government in training public officers in public financial management.
He is a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAK’s) Tax and Economics panel, a panel that creates training content for tax practitioners in Kenya. Dr. Nathan Wamalwa Wafula is a holder of PhD in Finance (Kenyatta University), MBA Degree in Finance (Kenyatta University), Bachelors of Commerce Degree in Banking and Finance (Egerton University) and CPA of Kenya as an Associate Member of Number 3353. He has 5 years’ experience as a teaching assistant in Kenyatta University, he has taught at Kaimosi Friends University College and Kibabii University on part time basis. Currently he is a full-time lecturer at Amoud University Postgraduate School of Finance and Accounting in Somaliland. Dr Wafula is a committed scholar and has published a number of papers in referred international journals as well as presented 2 papers in international conferences. He is the current treasurer of East Africa Association.

CPA Allan Wasonga is a determined professional with the ability to execute overall audit objectives with utmost precision. He is a registered member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya in good standing. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Option) Degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
In his position as Assistant Manager, he provides the firm with the extra edge in technical expertise needed to advance audits to the current technological trends and global standards. He has handled a range of clients during his three years’ experience in audit which has enabled him to approach each specific engagement as a problem solving endeavor. He is also responsible for Policy Formulation within the firm to ensure value creation and building of trust with clients.

Joseph Ochiel is a degree graduate in Commerce Finance option (Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology). He is a continuing CPA student, and is currently at section 3. He has good leadership skills that have been exhibited over the years. Joseph Ochiel is good Team player with passion in professional development and self-motivation he is as well vibrant with personal principles embedded on integrity, equalityand respect for all at various levels. He has a wealth of experience in the planning, coordination and quality implementation of accounting and financial principles and he is always open to correction and learning. Unity plays a pivotal role in his success and believes that success is about strengthening weaknesses and turning threats into opportunities. Sharon Aluoch is the Executive office assistant at Grohney & Co. Associates(CPA-K). She is a graduate from Rongo University with a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism management (School of Business).
She has experience in front office operations and deals mainly with the Guests at the office and the Firm’s documentation.
She has gained knowledge on basic accounting for the last two years and does the accounting/ filing of the firms returns.
She is in charge of guests around the premises of Grohney & co Associates and does HR functions at the workplace.
